House rules
Everything you need to enjoy your stay and take care of Can Ratxa.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in between 16:00 and 19:00.
- Check-out before 10:00.
During your stay
- Maximum 12 guests. Additional guests require prior enquiry and a supplement.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Commercial photography is not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited.
Taking care of the house
- Do not bring beach sand into the house.
- Keep outdoor furniture outside the house.
Water and air conditioning
- Switch off the air conditioning when you leave, and close doors and windows while using it.
- Recommended temperature: 24 °C to 25 °C. From 26 °C, the main thermostat automatically regulates cooling.
- Use water sparingly during the drought.
Deposit and extras
- Security deposit: €300, returned on departure.
- Optional cleaning if the house is not returned in the same tidy and clean condition: €250.
- Excess electricity and water consumption: €10 per day deducted from the deposit.
- Early check-in at 14:00: €60. Late check-out at 12:00: €60. Both: €100. Subject to availability.
- Tourist tax stated in the Airbnb listing: €2 per person over 16 per night.
Before you leave
- Leave the house as tidy and clean as you found it.
