Rental Conditions
These conditions govern the holiday rental of the property Can Ratxa, located at Carrer del Puig 353, L'Escala, Girona.
Check-in and check-out
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM. • Check-out: before 10:00 AM. • Minimum stay: 7 nights. • Arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €500 will be requested at the start of the stay, which will be fully refunded after verifying the condition of the property at check-out, except for damages attributable to the guest.
House rules
• Maximum capacity: 12 people. • Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorisation. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Pets are accepted upon request, with a supplement. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The guest is responsible for the proper use of facilities, including the pool. • Rubbish must be placed in the appropriate bins.
Cancellation policy
• More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund. • Between 15 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund. • Less than 15 days before check-in: non-refundable.
Payment method
Payment is made through the secure Stripe platform at the time of booking. The amount includes the rental for the booked nights and the cleaning fee. The security deposit is managed separately.
Liability
The owner is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to guests' belongings during their stay. Use of the pool and facilities is at the guest's own risk.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona.
