Plan a stay that works for the whole group
Agree on bedrooms before travelling
The house has 5 bedrooms, 11 beds and 3 bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 12 guests; that does not mean a separate bedroom for each person. Tell us who is travelling and which rooms or beds you need to share. We will confirm the exact arrangement before you book.
A place to come together for meals
The equipped kitchen, dining room, terraces and outdoor barbecue let you arrange meals at home. Share the shopping and cooking to make the most of your time together. The gallery shows the real spaces and helps you decide whether they work for your group.
Mix shared plans with free time
The private pool and garden provide time at home between outings. Each person can choose their own pace: a walk, a beach trip or a quiet afternoon. The villa also has wifi and air conditioning. Use our L’Escala guide to plan activities outside the house.
Agree on dates and the details of your stay
Before enquiring, gather the dates that suit everyone and the number of guests. One person can share the group’s requirements and pass our reply to the others. We confirm availability, the final price and conditions personally; indicative prices do not replace that confirmation.
An enquiry that includes everyone
Prepare these details to check whether the villa suits your trip:
- The total number of guests, up to a maximum of 12.
- Arrival and departure dates and any alternatives.
- How you would like to share the 5 bedrooms.
- Specific requirements and questions about minimum stays, final prices or cancellation.
